Trying to find name of and place to buy these Japanese cookies/crackers, any help? - shiyoso

Buy My brother bought me back cookies / biscuits from Japan, and now I do not understand what they are, so I can be more. The package has a yellow chick. I have tried to translate the name, and I think, "says shiyoso" (not sure). It also has a kanji which the name and all the clothes (Meika perhaps?). Any help to find these cookies?
